Accused Mango Markets Exploiter Wants to Keep $47M in Disputed Funds: Court Filings

The disagreement is over the legitimacy of a governance vote that Mango Markets handed in an effort to retrieve a portion of Eisenberg’s exploit funds. Mango Labs, which is representing the DAO in court docket, says that contract, which let Eisenberg preserve a lot of his haul in change for a promise to not sue him, is void as a result of Mango voters agreed to it underneath duress.
