Sandeep Nailwal Becomes Last Remaining Member of Polygon’s Founding Team as Bjelic Exits

-

Mihailo Bjelic, one of many 4 co-founders of Polygon, is exiting the community.

Bjelic made the announcement on X, “After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided to step down from the board of the Polygon Foundation, and wind down my day-to-day involvement with Polygon Labs,” he mentioned.

With Bjelic’s exit, co-founder Sandeep Nailwal turns into the final remaining member of the unique founding group.

Nailwal acknowledged Bjelic’s contributions to the community and wished him luck for the longer term.

The layer 2 community, which was unique referred to as Matic, was shaped by Jaynti Kanani, Sandeep Nailwal, Mihailo Bjelic and Anurag Arjun.

As of writing, Polygon’s POL is down 5% within the final 24 hours, buying and selling over 23 cents.
