Futureverse, an organization specializing in AI and metaverse applied sciences, has partnered with Animoca Brands, a frontrunner in digital property rights and blockchain-based leisure.
This collaboration goals to reinforce Futureverse’s metaverse expertise by integrating it with Animoca Brands’ intensive ecosystem of blockchain merchandise. The businesses will conduct an fairness swap valued at $5 million as a part of this settlement.
Partnership Particulars
The partnership is by way of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Animoca Brands will subscribe to Futureverse shares, valuing Futureverse at $754m. Futureverse will, in return, purchase shares in Animoca Brands Company Restricted.
