U.S. Judge Lets Most of SEC Case Against Binance Proceed, Dismisses Secondary Sales Charge

In a late Friday order, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, of the District Court docket for the District of Columbia, dominated that the SEC’s costs towards Binance for the preliminary coin providing and ongoing gross sales for BNB, BNB Vault, staking providers, failure to register and fraud costs can proceed. She granted Binance and Zhao’s movement to dismiss costs tied to secondary BNB gross sales and Easy Earn.
