Ultra tokenizes more blockchain games for resale

In July 2023 we reported that web3 PC sport distribution retailer Ultra had began section one in its initiative to tokenize its first sport: norse-themed MMORPG The Wake. This was adopted by Storm Boy.

Turning video games into NFTs – or Uniqs because the platform calls its NFTs – allows the important thing function for gamers to commerce video games on the secondary market, similar to you’ll with a bodily sport in GameStop. 

Now, quick ahead to September, and Ultra has expanded its catalogue of blockchain video games being tokenized. Three extra titles has been introduced, together with: 

  • space-themed survival sport Mars4, which can also be coming to Epic Video games Retailer and Elixir, 
  • zombie shooter R3v3nge, and 
  • TCG Playing cards of Ethernity from Aether Video games, which can also be out there on Epic Video games Retailer. As well as, it’s set for launch in web2 type on Steam in October.

With an ambition to redefine the way forward for sport possession, Ultra has acknowledged it intends to tokenize each sport on its Ultra Video games platform.
