Bankman-Fried is presently set to go on trial in the beginning of October on wire fraud, commodities fraud, securities fraud, cash laundering and associated conspiracy fees. He faces one other trial, tentatively scheduled for subsequent March, on extra fees introduced by the DOJ after Bankman-Fried’s arrest and extradition.
